Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account information such as email address, display name, username, password (hashed by our auth provider), and profile photo.
• Collection data you choose to store, including card records, grades, cert numbers, locations, tags, collections, notes, purchase/sale details, ask prices, and photos you upload.
• Public profile data you choose to make public (for example display name, avatar, username, and public collections).
• Technical data such as IP address, device/browser type, and usage logs needed to operate and secure the Application.
• Connected services when you link third-party accounts (for example marketplace integrations), including tokens and account identifiers those services return.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and improve HobbyPulse, authenticate users, sync market and catalog data, support listing or other integrations you enable, maintain security, and communicate about the Application. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing

We may share information with:

• Service providers that host or operate infrastructure for the Application (for example authentication, database, and storage providers);
• Third-party data or marketplace services you choose to use (including market-data providers and marketplaces), subject to their own policies;
• The public, when you enable a public profile or public collections;
• Authorities or others when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

4. Data retention and security

We retain information while your account is active and as needed to operate the Application or comply with law. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. As stated in the Terms of Use, you use the Application at your own risk, and we are not responsible for data loss or unauthorized access beyond what applicable law requires.

5. Your choices

You can update profile and collection data in the Application, keep your profile private, and disconnect linked services. You may request account deletion by contacting TechDoba. Some information may remain in backups or logs for a limited period.

6. Children’s privacy

HobbyPulse is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. The effective date and version above will be updated when the Policy changes.
